We’re an old-school multiple generation offering only the highest quality USDA Prime meats. We age our fresh beef in house at the perfect temperature under exceptional conditions. No-We do not offer local beef the reason is because most local beef is ungraded meat. Like we said, we trust quality. Now, we offer nutritious and clean pasture raised beef. Our ranches that we source from care about the quality of their animals and offer clean meats, PERIOD.
